Welcome to TakeForm! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform. By using TakeForm, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

TakeForm is an AI-powered platform that helps users fill PDF and web forms. Users can:

• Select from available forms provided by the team
• Request new forms and provide source documents (processed within 24 hours)
• Use TakeForm Credits to fill forms

We are committed to delivering 99%+ accuracy.

2. Using the Service

• You must be 13 years or older to use TakeForm.
• You are responsible for any activity under your account.
• You agree not to use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

3. Credits & Refunds

• Form submissions are powered by TakeForm Credits.
• If TakeForm fills a form incorrectly (wrong field value, ID, etc.), you may request a refund by submitting a correction and proof.
• We’ll refund the credits used for that form if the claim is verified.
• Our goal is to maintain a 99%+ accuracy rate, so we encourage reports but won't be overly strict with honest claims.

4. Form Requests & Turnaround

• You may request new forms by uploading source documents.
• Most requests are processed within a few hours, with a maximum processing time of 24 hours.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, models, and software are the property of TakeForm. You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and data.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

TakeForm is provided "as is." While we strive for high accuracy, we are not liable for:

• Damages caused by incorrect form submissions
• Any loss of data, income, or opportunity

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll notify you of major changes via email or on the platform.
